The Hydrostatic Tester for Plastic Composite Pipe Hydrostatic & Bursting Test is specially developed to perform hydrostatic pressure tests and bursting tests on all types of fluid-conveying plastic pipes, including PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PPZ-X, PE, PVC and various plastic composite pipes.

Adopting PC-based automatic control, this instrument allows for uninterrupted long-term testing and realizes complete data recording and storage during the whole test process. It is equipped with an intuitive graphical operation interface that supports massive test information integration, convenient test report archiving, output and comprehensive analysis of the testing procedure.

This testing equipment features a compact structure, high testing precision, superior stability and easy operation. It is an ideal testing solution for professional research institutes, universities, quality inspection authorities and plastic pipe production enterprises.

• All control parameters including pressure, time and accuracy can be configured and adjusted through either the upper computer (precision pressure micro-control unit) or the lower computer system.
• Both upper and lower computers can present real-time data synchronously or separately, including test time (max. 9999 h 59 min 59 s), pressure value (accurate to three decimal places) and eight test statuses (pressurization, pressure holding, pressure relief, running, completion, leakage, bursting, etc.). Audible and visual alarms will be triggered for overpressure, test completion, leakage and pipe bursting events.
• The system supports the observation, analysis, query, storage and printing of the pressure-time test curve, as well as key parameters such as start time, set time, current time, valid time, invalid time, remaining time, overpressure duration and pressure holding time.
• Each test channel adopts independent control without mutual interference. After one channel finishes its test, the other channels keep running automatically. The equipment will stop only when all three groups of tests are fully completed.
